Conversion Varnishes

Conversion varnishes are high-performance, catalyzed coatings formed by a chemical crosslinking reaction between an alkyd or acrylic resin and a crosslinker, typically an amino or melamine hardener, producing a durable, solvent-resistant film with excellent clarity, hardness, and chemical resistance

Conversion Varnishes are widely used in furniture, cabinetry, and millwork where fast dry times, high gloss or satin finishes, and long-term wear resistance are required, and they can be delivered as single-component systems activated on-site or as two-component formulations for stringent production control.

Interior Stains

Interior stains are pigmented or dye products used inside buildings to change or restore color, hide flaws, and give a uniform look on surfaces like metal, concrete, masonry, and engineered wood. They are made to work with high-volume spray equipment and to soak into or bond with the surface so they resist blistering, flaking, and solvent bleed in indoor settings.

Important features are fast drying to cut downtime, low VOC or compliant solvents for worker safety and regulations, good flow and leveling for smooth, streak-free finishes, and enough chemical resistance for routine cleaning and contact with industrial chemicals. Proper surface prep—cleaning, removing rust/oxidation, and creating a suitable profile—is needed for good adhesion and color consistency. Applying a protective sealer or clear topcoat is usually recommended to improve durability, abrasion resistance, and maintenance.

Lacquers

Lacquers are fast-drying, solvent-based coatings used in industrial spray jobs to make hard, glossy, clear finishes that stick well to many materials. Made from nitrocellulose or synthetic resins in volatile solvents, they dry by solvent evaporation, so they handle quickly and can be recoated soon—but are less resistant to softening and chemicals than two-part systems.

Lacquers form smooth, buildable films for decoration and protection on metal, wood, and engineered parts, and can be improved with additives and pigments for better flow, UV resistance, and corrosion protection. Proper surface prep, controlled spray settings, and good ventilation are needed because of flammability and VOCs. Systems come as single-component lacquers for ease of use or as catalyzed/modified versions for higher chemical and heat resistance.

Primers & Sealers

Primers and sealers are made to help coatings stick, block contaminants, and give a smooth base for topcoats on metal, concrete, masonry, and engineered wood. They work with high-volume spray gear, bond or penetrate the surface to prevent blistering, flaking, and solvent bleed, and dry quickly to cut downtime. Formulations use low-VOC or compliant solvents for safety and regulation, flow and level well for smooth, streak-free finishes, and offer chemical and abrasion resistance for cleaning and industrial use. Proper surface preparation—cleaning, removing rust/oxidation, and creating the right profile—is required for good adhesion and appearance.

We stock a focused lineup of high‑performance primers and sealers, hand‑selected from leading manufacturers to support fast, efficient production workflows and the specific finishing needs of our customers:

Urethanes & Acrylic Urethanes

Urethane coatings are high-performance polymers used in industrial spray applications for their excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term durability; they form tough, flexible films that adhere well to metal and other substrates, withstand impact and weathering, and are available in both two-component (2K) formulations for maximum longevity and single-component options for easier application.

Acrylic urethanes combine the durability of urethane chemistry with the color stability and gloss retention of acrylic resins, producing coatings that resist yellowing, maintain clarity and gloss over time, and provide improved UV resistance—making them a preferred choice for exterior and decorative industrial finishes where both appearance and protection are critical.

UV-Curable Coatings

UV-curable coatings provide fast, strong adhesion and surface protection for metal, concrete, masonry, and engineered wood. They cure in seconds under UV light, forming a hard, low‑VOC or solvent‑free film that blocks contamination, stops solvent bleed, and creates a smooth base for topcoats — reducing downtime and oven energy use.

Designed for high‑volume spray equipment, they penetrate or bond to substrates to cut blistering and flaking, flow evenly for streak‑free finishes, and resist chemicals and abrasion for frequent cleaning. Proper surface preparation — thorough cleaning, rust and oxidation removal, and correct surface profile — is required for lasting adhesion.

Waterborne Finishes

Water-based finishes are advanced coatings that use water as the primary carrier instead of traditional solvents. They offer excellent durability, fast drying times, and significantly lower VOC emissions, making them a cleaner and more environmentally responsible choice for professional finishing applications.

Our custom color tinting ensures these finishes deliver precise, consistent color while maintaining the performance and workability professionals expect.
